When permitted by law and based on your consent or service relationship, Credo may send account notices, reminders, security alerts, support messages, and service or promotional communications through app notifications, SMS, email, Viber, or phone call.
You are responsible for keeping your registered contact details accurate and up to date.
7. Data Privacy

By using the service, you acknowledge that personal information may be processed for account administration, identity verification, credit assessment, security, product servicing, payment processing, compliance, and other legitimate purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Credo makes reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate, but does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or approval of any application. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Credo will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from service interruptions, user misuse, incorrect information provided by the user, or events beyond reasonable control.
9. Suspension or Termination
Credo may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to a service when necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, risk control, or violation of this Agreement. Certain obligations, such as repayment duties and lawful record retention, may continue after account closure.
